Please let us know of any special needs at time of booking. Please be aware your requirement cost extra charges. We reserve the right to alter or substitute a pet’s food when not provided in full by the owner at owner’s cost. If something happens to food provided by the owner, Miukula Cat Hotel will attempt to replace it and to be compensated. Should a dietary issue (e.g. vomiting, diarrhea) arise the owner hereby gives Miukula Cat Hotel permission to alter the food type and frequency. 

Our guests health is paramount. All guests must have vaccination certificates. Please also ensure flea and worming treatments are up to date and trim cat claws before check in. A physical examination will be performed at check-in to ensure that your cat is fit for boarding. If your cat is known to be aggressive / fractious, or under medication, recent surgery,  or without neuter treatment, or cats are in rut and pregnant period, then your cat will NOT be accepted. Age requirement is 5 months to 12 years old normally. Miukula Cat Hotel has the right to take your cat to the vet at the owner's cost and expenses when needed and we shall be contacting you immediately, and back up person if necessary.

We require 7 days written notice in the event of a cancellation. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will incur full charge. Invoices need to be paid on a days ‘booked’ basis rather the days used in the event of a shortened stay. When requesting to extend the stay, the request will be subject to availability and the new rates will be doubled. Cats will be rehome elsewhere after 5 days from the checkout date if no show for pick up. 

You can fill up the booking form on our website or make a call or email with us. We accept bank transfer, cash or credit card. Full payment is required for longer than 2 days stay when booking is confirmed. Any refund will be deducted 60 euro administration booking fee. 

Miukula Kissahotelli is not responsible or liable for:

- Sudden illnesses caused by hidden diseases or the death of the cat. (For cats stress may trigger the onset of a latent disease)

- For damage caused by the cat itself, for example when the cat is running inside of the hotel as a result of an injury.

Miukula Kissahotelli is not responsible or liable for the transfer of virus infection from one cat to another. Despite disinfection, when cats stay under the same roof, it is possible for the flu virus to be transmitted through the air. A cat can also be an asymptomatic carrier of the virus. 

Risks: 

- The cat's old age

- The cat is overweight

- Basic diseases (diabetes, metabolic diseases, heart diseases, musculoskeletal diseases etc)

- Temperament (very timid or aggressive or highly stressed cat)

- Possible interruption of long-term medication during the stay. Even a friendly cat may behave aggressively or be so nervous in a strange place that the medication is not completely working or it has not worked at all.

Full pre-existing & relevant medical history must be declared on the booking form. We reserve the right to refuse to board any cat that is clearly unwell, or we consider could be dangerous to our staff. Please be aware that we take no responsibility for loss or damage to any bedding, carriers or toys that may be supplied by you. 

By reading this Liability Waiver, you hereby indemnify Miukula Cat Hotel, its employees, owners, and affiliates from liability for injury, illness, or even death of your cat when receiving services onsite or remotely. By allowing your cat to stay at Miukula Cat Hotel you assume all of the potential risks, known or unknown, associated with boarding. 

All expenses must be paid at the latest on picked up date, otherwise it is considered that the owner has abandoned the cat. Cats will be re homed after 5 days from the check out date if owner does not come to pick up.
